Once a vial leaves our environmentally controlled facility, we can no longer guarantee its structural integrity, temperature stability, or purity. Accepting returns would compromise the clinical standards we guarantee to our researchers.
If your package arrives physically damaged or compromised, you must contact our operations team at Titanpeptides@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping container and the sealed vials. Approved claims will receive a direct replacement.
Order requests may be cancelled prior to payment completion. However, once payment has been cleared and the dispatch protocol has been initiated, the order is final and cannot be modified or refunded.
